Returns

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.

Products must be unused and returned in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Products

Used, opened, damaged due to misuse, or altered products are not eligible for return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. The time taken for the amount to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.
